Arman Hair Cutting Saloon

Arman Hair Cutting Saloon is tucked away over here near Raja Ram Mohan Roy Sarani and Raja Dinendra Street. This part of Kolkata has a lot of history and the buildings are old, and our shop feels right at home here. It’s a small place, nothing fancy at all. We have a couple of chairs and some basic tools. People come in for a quick trim or a shave on their way to work. It’s a local spot where you don’t have to make a big deal out of things. The neighborhood is tight-knit, so we know most of the people walking past the window. Some stop in just to say hello even if they don’t need a haircut. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so our hands just kind of know what to do without us thinking about it too much. The walls have some old pictures and the mirrors have seen better days, but they work fine. We don’t use any expensive products or have any complicated menus. You come in, you sit down, you get your hair cut, and you go on with your day. That’s the way it’s always been at Arman's. It gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home, but we manage. It’s just a simple life here in the 700009 area, keeping people looking tidy. We just sweep the floor and wait for the next person to walk through the door.
