Arena Womens Beauty Salon

Over at Arena Womens Beauty Salon, things stay pretty busy since we are right on Jessore Road. Being opposite Great Eastern Electronics makes us easy to spot if you are walking by. We’ve got this place at 100/5 and it’s been our home for a good number of years. It’s mostly a women’s space where we handle threading, hair, and the usual things people need. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us working the chairs. The Jessore Road traffic is always humming outside, but inside it’s a bit different. We talk a lot while we work, mostly about things happening in the neighborhood or what’s at the market. It’s not a spa with soft music; it’s more of a practical place for busy women. We use standard products that we’ve trusted for a long time. The mirrors have seen a lot of stories over the years. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up or reorganize the shelves. It’s a local business through and through, run by people who live right here. We don’t try to be something we aren't. If you need a quick fix before an event, this is where people usually pop in. We just keep our heads down and do the work the best way we know how for the local ladies. We like the regular pace of life here on Jessore Road and seeing the same faces every single day when the sun comes up.
