You can find us at 13 Camac Street. It is one of those busy streets in the city where there is always something happening. Arcl Organics Ltd. has been based here for a good while. The building is older, and the lifts can be a bit slow when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. Our office is just a regular workspace with desks, files, and people talking about resin and chemicals. It is not some fancy designer space. We deal with organic compounds and industrial stuff, so the conversations in the breakroom are usually about supply chains or production schedules. Outside on the street, you have the vendors and the cars honking, but inside we just focus on the business. We do not have any flashy brochures or a big mission statement on the wall. We just have people who have been in the industry for years and know what they are doing. Lunchtime usually involves someone going out to grab rolls from a nearby stall. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the weather is humid, but we have got a good group of people here. We just keep things running as best as we can from our spot in the heart of the city. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. No one here puts on an act; we just work.
