We are based at 21, R.N. Mukherjee Road. This area is pretty much the heart of the old business district. Dollo Tea Co. Ltd has its roots here among many other long-standing companies. The building is one of those classic structures with big doors and high ceilings. Working in the tea business means we often have various samples around, and sometimes the whole floor smells faintly of dried leaves. It’s a very specific kind of environment. We spend most of our time coordinating with the gardens and making sure the supply is moving correctly. It’s not a fast-paced tech office; it’s more about patience and checking the details. We have a small staff and everyone has been here for a long time. We know each other's families and stories. The street outside is always busy with people selling things and cars honking. We usually get our afternoon snacks from the vendors right outside the main gate. The office furniture is a bit mismatched and the files are stacked in metal cupboards that have seen better days. But it works for us. We don't need a polished corporate look to do what we do. It’s about the tea and the relationships we’ve built over the years from this office on R.N. Mukherjee Road. It’s just a regular, hard-working place.
