Our office for Three Leaves (India) Pvt. Ltd. is at 23/24, Radha Bazar Street. We are up on the fourth floor. Radha Bazar is always crowded and the streets are narrow, so getting here can be an adventure if you aren't used to it. The building is one of those old ones with a lot of character and very high ceilings. There isn't an elevator, so we get plenty of exercise walking up those four flights every morning. The office is quite large, but we have filled it with desks, shelves, and lots of paper files over the years. We handle all our administrative work and coordination from here. It gets quite warm in the summer, so we have several big fans going. You can hear the sounds of the market from the windows. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and have seen many businesses come and go on this street. We just keep doing our thing. The staff usually brings their lunch and we eat together in the small corner we cleared out. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't have sleek furniture or glass walls. It’s just a place where we come to work and make sure the business stays on track. Most of our long-term partners know the climb up the stairs is worth it. We don't mind the noise or the old building.
