We are located at 7 Camac Street in the Azimganj House building. Our office is on the 1st floor, which is nice because we don't have to wait for the lift very often. Camac Street is one of those places in Kolkata that is always packed with people and cars. It makes for an interesting walk to work every morning. Here at Aqualina Properties, we deal with all sorts of property matters. It is mostly just about keeping track of what is available and who is looking to buy or sell. The office is fairly simple with some old wooden desks and plenty of paper everywhere. We find that physical files are still easier to handle sometimes. We have been in this spot for a good while and have seen the street change quite a bit over the years. It is a busy life, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick look at the news before getting into the property lists. There are a lot of rules and regulations to keep track of in this business, so we spend a fair amount of time just reading through updates. It is not the kind of job that ever really ends at five o'clock. We are often still here late, finishing up some notes or taking one last call. It is a practical, local business and we just do our best to keep things moving.
