Being situated at 58 Canal Circular Road, right in the Kadapara and Phool Bagan area, means we are always in the middle of everything. Kankurgachi isn't too far off either. Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals is a big part of the scenery around here. If you walk by, you’ll see the ambulance bay is usually pretty active. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized. There are a lot of departments to keep track of, and sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We have people from all over the local neighborhood coming in. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather is bad and the road outside gets flooded or blocked up. We just keep the lights on and the doors open. It’s not like those TV shows; it’s mostly just hard work and a lot of standing on your feet. The staff rooms are small, and the coffee isn't always great, but it gets the job done. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look as long as they work. The address is long, but most folks just tell the rickshaw driver to head toward the hospital near Phool Bagan. We’ve grown used to the noise of the city outside. It’s a practical place for practical needs. We handle the paperwork, talk to the families, and make sure the wards are tidy.
