ANJ PROPERTIES LLP

Our office is up on the 16th floor of Everest House, which most people know is on Chowringhee Road. Being in Flat 16G gives us a decent view, though we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. ANJ Properties LLP is just a small team working out of this spot in Kolkata. It can get pretty busy around here, especially with all the activity on the main road. Getting to the 16th floor takes a minute if the lifts are slow, but that is just how it is in these older buildings. We spend our days dealing with property listings and talking to people about where they want to live or set up shop. It is not always exciting work, but it needs to be done right. There is a lot of history on this street, and we like being part of it. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of folders. People come to us when they need help navigating the local market without a lot of fuss. We try to be helpful and honest about what’s available. Sometimes we are out visiting sites, so the office might be a bit quiet then. It’s a straightforward business. We just focus on the properties and making sure the details are sorted out for everyone involved. The building has a lot of other businesses in it too.
