Our place is located at 41 Kansari Para Road. If you know that part of Kolkata, you know it has a very specific feel to it. We’ve been operating from here for a bit now, focusing on realty and property management. It’s a local operation, nothing too big or flashy. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and help people navigate the property market without all the usual headaches that come with it. The office is usually full of maps and property documents scattered around. We don't spend a lot of time on decorating because we’re usually too busy working on something. We talk to a lot of different people every week. Some are looking for their first home, others just want to sell some land they’ve had for years. We listen to what they need and see if we have anything that fits. We don't push people into things they don't want. It’s not our style. We like the pace of things here. Kolkata is a city that takes time to understand, and we feel like we’ve got a good handle on our little corner of it. We just show up every day, answer the phones, and do our best to get the paperwork right. It’s a practical business run by people who actually live and work in the neighborhood. That’s about all there is to the story, really. We just try to be useful to the people who stop by.
