Aleena Exports

You can find us on the ground floor at 2, Elliot Road. Aleena Exports is basically just a small office where we handle all our daily business. Being on the ground floor is actually really helpful because we have to move stuff in and out quite often. Elliot Road can get pretty congested, especially during the peak hours, so we hear a lot of horns and city noise while we work. The space inside is fairly plain. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area where we keep samples. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a high-end showroom. It’s a working office. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, and we have grown fond of the neighborhood. The morning starts with clearing out the dust that settles overnight. Then we get to work on the export logs and talking to our suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people we have known for a long time. It’s about doing the job and making sure the items get where they are supposed to go. We usually shut down around six or seven depending on how much we have left to do. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we don't try to make it sound fancier than it is.
