AJNEESH PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located in the Shubham building on Sarojini Naidu Sarani. We are way up on the 10th floor in room 1004. Being that high up gives us a bit of a view of the Kolkata skyline, though we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. The building is a well-known spot in the 700017 area, and it houses a lot of different businesses. We have been working from this room for some time now, handling various property matters for AJNEESH PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED. It’s a standard office space, nothing too special to look at. We have the usual desks, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full, and a couple of chairs for when people stop by. The elevator ride up can take a minute during the busy morning rush, but once we are inside, it’s a quiet place to get things done. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive rugs. It’s a place for work, and we keep it that way. Most of our time is spent on the phone or going through documents related to the local property market. The neighborhood around Sarojini Naidu Sarani is always moving, with cars and people everywhere, so it’s nice to have a dedicated space upstairs where we can focus. We just come in every morning, do what needs to be done, and try to keep everything organized in our little corner of the 10th floor.
