Our office for Adya Realtors Llp is located at 74 Lenin Sarani. It’s a well-known street, and we’ve been here long enough that we feel like a part of the brickwork. The office itself is nothing too fancy. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of cabinets filled with property records. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We’re more about just getting the work done without a lot of fuss. Most of our day involves talking to people about their real estate needs or checking out different sites across the city. Lenin Sarani is always busy, so there’s plenty of energy right outside our door. We’ve seen all sorts of people come through here looking for a place to stay or a spot for their own business. We just try to be practical. If a property has issues, we say so. If a deal is going to take time, we don't sugarcoat it. We think people appreciate just being told how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We’re just a small team trying to do a good job in a part of town we know inside and out. It’s a lot of routine work, but we like it that way. If you’re ever near number 74, you’ll probably see us inside working away at something. We like the hustle of this street and the variety of work it brings to our desks.
