Deepak and Ashish run the show here, and the office is usually pretty active throughout the day. We handle property deals and real estate matters from this spot. Canning Street has a certain energy to it that you don’t find elsewhere. Our office, number 336, is where we sit down with people to sort out the details. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. Instead, we have a lot of experience with how land and buildings move in this part of town. Sometimes we’re out of the office checking on a site, so it’s usually better to call ahead if you're coming from far. We’ve seen the city change quite a bit over the years. We deal with the paperwork and the legal side of things without making a huge fuss about it. It’s honest work, and we enjoy the people we meet along the way. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something that needs fixing or filing. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local real estate group trying to make things easier for people buying or selling. If you know the area, you know how hectic it gets, but inside our office, we try to keep things calm and focused on the job at hand. It keeps the business moving.
