Aboroni Boutiques

Aboroni Boutiques is tucked away in the Dakshinapan Apartment complex over in Baguiati Chawlpatti. Specifically, we are at FB-51 in Narayantala West. It can be a bit tricky for people to find us the first time because the apartment layout is a little confusing if you aren't used to it. I usually tell people to look for the Narayantala West landmark and then head towards the Chawlpatti side. Once you find Dakshinapan Apartment, it’s much easier. The space inside FB-51 is where everything happens. We have been here for a bit, and the walls are covered with sketches and bits of cloth we’ve saved over the months. It’s a lived-in space, definitely not one of those shiny shops you see in malls. We like it that way because it feels more like a workshop where things actually get made. The neighborhood is usually quite busy, and you can hear the sounds of Baguiati through the windows all day long. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit damp in this part of town, so we have to be careful with the storage. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us working through the orders as they come in. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on small details, which can be tiring but it's what we do. If you're looking for us, just ask someone near the Chawlpatti area, they usually know where Dakshinapan is. It stays busy enough around here that we never really feel lonely.
