Aalia Realty Private Limited is based out of the ground floor of Block B, which is associated with MD Akbar Ali, at 40 Ray Choron Ghosh Lane. You’ll usually find us there, likely under a pile of folders. The office is run by a small crew, and it’s a pretty basic setup. We didn't spend much on decorating because we’re mostly focused on the actual work of real estate. Ray Choron Ghosh Lane is a place we know well. We’ve spent a lot of time walking these streets and looking at different properties. The ground floor location makes it easy for people to just stop in when they have a question. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or anything like that. Usually, it’s just a conversation about what’s available or what the market looks like this week. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking paperwork to make sure everything is in order. Sometimes we have tea and talk about how the neighborhood is changing. We’re just regular folks who decided to work in the property business. We don't pretend to be anything else. We handle the paperwork, talk to the owners, and try to make sure things go as smoothly as possible for anyone who comes through our door. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do day in and day out. We just keep things moving along as best as we can. Our door is usually open for anyone who needs a hand.
