Our office is A P L Finance & Co. We are located at A E 337 in Salt Lake City, Kolkata. You’ll find us on the second floor. A good landmark is the Kwality restaurant, we are quite near there. Salt Lake is a bit different from the rest of Kolkata, a bit more planned out, but it still has its own rhythm. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a plain office, nothing too flashy. We have our desks and a small area for meetings. Being in the 700064 zip code works well for us. We spend a lot of time on the computer or on the phone. A P L Finance & Co isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team of people who know how to handle financial tasks. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the records. Other days we are running around trying to get everything done before the weekend. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on doing the job correctly. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going. We like being near Kwality because it’s easy to tell people how to find us. It’s a straightforward business in a straightforward part of the city. No frills, just regular work. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Most of us take the bus to work.
