Vertex Engineering

We've been at Plot No. 71 in the Timber Area for a while now. It’s mostly just us working on various engineering jobs that come through the door. People around here know the spot. It isn't a fancy office, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the machinery, but that's how it goes in a place like this. We handle the metalwork and technical side of things. It’s a lot of hands-on labor. Most days are spent looking at drawings or welding something together. The yard gets a bit crowded when we have big projects, but we manage the space okay. It's just a small team of guys who know how to use the tools. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just stop by because they saw the sign or heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. The Timber Area has its own rhythm, and we’ve fit into it pretty well. We keep the machines running and try to stay on top of the pile of work. If you walk past Plot 71, you'll probably hear us before you see us. It is what it is, a straightforward engineering shop where we focus on the task at hand. Nothing more to it really. We just show up, do the work, and close up for the day.
