Even though the name is Cmi Fpe Ltd. Mumbai, we are actually based out in Kolhapur. You can find us at 1073/3 A, in the Shirgaonkar Colony. We are located on the Saneguruji Radhanagri Road. It’s a different pace of life here compared to Mumbai, which we actually prefer for the daily grind. The office is in a residential-looking colony, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. We’ve been at this address for a while and have become part of the neighborhood. The space is simple and functional. We have our desks, some old cupboards for filing, and a small area where we have tea. We don’t have any big corporate signs or fancy lighting. It’s just a place where we come to work. The road outside can get a bit busy during the day, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of people talking or typing. We handle all the work that comes our way without making a big fuss about it. People often ask why we have Mumbai in the name when we are clearly in Kolhapur, and we just tell them that’s how it was set up. We don't worry too much about the details of the name as long as the work gets done. It’s an honest, small-town office where we know each other well and just keep things moving along. It stays pretty quiet most afternoons.
