Raghavendra Dairy Farm

This dairy has been part of our lives for a pretty long time. We operate out of Sykes Extension, specifically at 1146/E in Shakuntala Appartment. It’s number 9 if you’re looking for the door. Most of our work happens while the rest of the city is still asleep. The milk arrives early, and we have to get everything sorted before the sun comes up. It’s a lot of lifting heavy cans and making sure the bottles are clean. My hands are usually cold from the water, but you get used to it. Sykes Extension is a quiet neighborhood, which is nice. We have our regulars who come by every single day for their supply. Sometimes they stay for a minute to talk about their kids or the local news. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us doing the rounds. The apartment building is old, and we’ve seen people move in and out over the years. The floor is made of stone and it stays cool even in the heat. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks. People know us because we’ve been here. There’s always something to clean or a spill to wipe up. It’s hard work, and your back hurts by noon, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the morning rush and then things quiet down until the next day.
