We’ve been here at B-1, Midc in Gokul, Shrigaon for quite a while now. Most people around here just know us as the main milk place in the district. It’s a cooperative, so it’s basically just a bunch of local farmers coming together to get things done. Every morning is pretty busy with the trucks coming in and out of the yard. We handle a lot of milk, and it goes all over Kolhapur and even further. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we keep the records and make sure everything is moving like it should. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the machinery, but that's just part of the daily work. People come by the office for different reasons, maybe to check on payments or just talk about the collections. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or decorating. It’s about getting the dairy products out to the families who need them. Being out in the MIDC area means we have space for the tanks and the processing stuff. It’s hard work, especially in the summers when it’s hot, but the team here knows what they’re doing. We focus on the day-to-day tasks. If you come by Shrigaon, you’ll see our gates. It’s just us, working with the local producers to keep the milk flowing. There’s always someone around, even early in the morning, making sure the cooling is right and the numbers match up. It's just how we do things.
