Our operations are based at Gat No 612/613 in the Aip-Chipri area of Jaysingpur. It’s a large plot of land and we have several buildings where different things happen. Usually, the mornings are the busiest time when the workers arrive and the sun starts hitting the roof of the main shed. Jaysingpur can get quite hot, so we try to get the heavy lifting done before the middle of the day. We deal with consumer products, so there are always boxes being moved and pallets being stacked up. It’s a bit of a maze inside if you don't know your way around Gat No 612/613. We don't have a fancy corporate office with carpets and glass walls; it’s mostly concrete and metal around here. It gets noisy when the machines are running, and you can hear the hum of the warehouse from quite a distance. We’ve got a good crew of people from the local area who know how to handle the work. Sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, like when a truck is delayed or the weather makes it hard to move stock, but we just figure it out as we go. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy speeches or looking important. We are just here in Chipri, doing the daily tasks that keep the business running. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we’re happy to be part of the community here.
