Anushka Oil

We have been at 325, Sadoli Khalasa for a long time now. Karveer is where we do everything for Anushka Oil. It is mostly just us working with the machinery and making sure the oil gets into the containers right. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather changes or when the supplies come in late. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just a practical space where the work gets done. People around here know where we are if they need to stop by. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and checking the levels. Sometimes the noise from the machines makes it hard to talk, so we just get on with it. The building is not new, but it works for what we need. We do not really do much advertising because the work usually keeps us busy enough. Most of the morning is spent getting things ready for the day's pressings. We try to keep things simple here. My cousin helps out sometimes when we have a big order. It is not a complicated life. We just focus on the oil and making sure the bottles are sealed properly before they go out. There is always something to fix or a floor that needs sweeping. That is just how it is at our spot in Sadoli Khalasa. We like being part of the local scene here in Karveer without making a big fuss about it. We just keep our heads down and work hard.
