We have been here at No. 535- B in Juni Basti Galli for quite some time now. Kagal is a small place, and everyone in the district knows this area. The lab work and the science stuff we do here keeps us busy from morning till late evening. It’s not a fancy building, just a regular place in a narrow lane where we get our work done. Most days, it’s just us trying to figure out the right mixes and checking the samples that come in from the nearby fields. People sometimes find it hard to navigate through the Galli if they aren't from around Kolhapur, but we like it here. It's quiet enough to concentrate. We deal with bio stuff, mostly things that help farmers or local businesses with their technical needs. There is no big reception or anything like that. You just walk in and you’ll see us working at the benches. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's a simple way of running things. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few people who know what they are doing with the chemicals and the test tubes. We've been part of this neighborhood for years and the locals know what we do. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we focus on the biology part of things without making a big fuss about it.
