We are based in Kondigre, which is near Jaysingpur in the Shirol Taluka. Our work at Shrivardhan Biotech is mostly focused on the biological side of farming. The setup we have here is quite practical. It's more of a laboratory and processing area than a fancy office. We have some technicians who spend their whole day looking at samples and cultures. The area around us is very green since it's mostly agricultural land in Shirol. It’s a quiet place, which is good for the kind of work we do. We don't have many walk-in customers because we mostly deal with bulk orders and specific farm requirements. Sometimes the equipment needs a lot of maintenance, so we spend time tinkering with that. The roads around Kondigre are a bit narrow, so big trucks have a hard time getting in. We manage with smaller vehicles. Our team is small, mostly people from the local area. We’ve been operating out of this post for several years now. It’s a slow and steady process, especially when you’re dealing with biotech. You can’t rush things. We keep our records in big binders on the shelves. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. The lab stays cool, but the rest of the building gets warm. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It takes time to see the results of what we develop.
