We are located in the village of Chavare, which is part of the Hatkanangale taluka in Kolhapur district. Our specific address is House Number 1103 in the Nave Chavare area. Martian Agro Foods Llp is a small operation where we focus on the food side of agriculture. Kolhapur is known for its rich soil and good water, so we are in a lucky spot for this kind of work. The atmosphere in Chavare is very relaxed. Most of the people here are involved in farming in one way or another. Our building is simple and sits right among the other village houses. We spend our time checking on the quality of the food items we handle and making sure everything is moving the way it should. We aren't a big factory with smoke and sirens. It’s more of a local workshop vibe. We do a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves. The people working here are all from around the district, so we speak the same language and understand the local ways. Sometimes we have visitors from the city who find the narrow village roads a bit confusing, but once they reach House 1103, they see how we work. It’s honest labor, and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We take the crops from the fields and get them ready for people to eat. It’s basic, essential work that we enjoy doing every day. That's about all there is to it for us.
