Hotel Rajat Cuisine Cube

Our place is at 203, G 3 in Kawala Naka, right there at Tararani Chowk. Kolhapur is a busy city and this junction is one of the spots where everything happens. Hotel Rajat Cuisine Cube is a bit of a mix because we have the rooms and we have the food side of things too. It’s a modern enough building but we keep things very simple inside. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or making sure the guests are settled in. The chowk outside is always full of vehicles and people moving around. It’s a good spot if you want to be where the action is. We don’t have any polished corporate speeches. We just run the place the way we know how. The 'Cuisine' part of our name is important because we take the cooking seriously, even if the dining room is just a plain setup. We have a lot of regulars who come in just for a meal. The rooms upstairs are basic and clean. We handle the laundry and the cleaning ourselves mostly. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the pace of Kolhapur. We aren't trying to be a five-star resort, just a practical stop for someone who needs a meal and a bed. It’s a busy life at the Naka but we like it well enough to stay.
