Hotel Fouji Veg Non Veg Kolhapuri Style Authentic Restaurant

Our place is called Hotel Fouji Veg Non Veg and we are located in the Kanchan Chaya Building, specifically Plot No 58. We’re out on the Fulewadi Balinga Road in Karveer Nagar. If you know where the Gajanan Maharaj Mandir is, we are right near there. Kolhapur is famous for its style of cooking, and we try to stick to that authentic way of doing things. We serve both veg and non-veg, so there’s something for everyone who walks in. It’s not a fancy restaurant with air conditioning and soft music. It’s a place where the kitchen is loud and the food is the main thing. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we know most of the people in the neighborhood. The 416012 area is a good place to be. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing plan. We just buy the best spices and meat we can find at the market and get to cooking. Sometimes the floor gets a little messy during the rush, but we clean it up as fast as we can. We are just regular people who like to cook. You can come in your work clothes or with your family, it doesn't matter to us. We just want to serve a decent meal that reminds people of home. It’s a simple life and a simple business.
