Hotel Carnival

We are over at Plot No 14 in Unik Park, which is part of the Ruikar Colony in Kolhapur. It’s near Kadamwadi Road. The area is mostly residential and quiet, which is a nice change from the city center. We’ve got a fairly simple building here. It’s not huge, but it has enough space for what we need. Every morning starts with the same routine of cleaning the floors and checking the kitchen supplies. We get a mix of people staying with us—some are here for weddings in the colony, and others are just traveling for work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just answer the phone and take bookings manually. The rooms are basic but they stay clean. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the neighbors and making sure the property doesn't look messy. Sometimes the street gets a bit dark at night, but it’s a safe enough spot. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. It’s a decent place to work. There’s no pressure to be anything fancy. We just provide a place to stay for a fair price. If someone needs a direction to the main road or a local shop, we just tell them how to get there. It’s all very straightforward here at Ruikar Colony and we like keeping it that way.
