Hotel Aarambha

Our place is out on P B Road in Ujalaiwadi. If you know where Asmita Wakhar is, then we are very easy to find. Being on the main road means we get a lot of travelers who are driving through Kolhapur. It’s a convenient spot for them to pull over and sleep for a night. We don't have a big sign with flashing neon lights. It’s just a plain sign. The building is a few stories high. We don't have a kitchen that serves fancy meals, but there are plenty of small dhabas and eateries nearby where you can get a good plate of food. The rooms are okay. We make the beds every morning and sweep the floors. Sometimes the water pressure isn't great, but it works well enough. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. We just want to offer a decent room for a fair price. The staff consists of a few local guys who know the area well. If you need to know how to get to the city center, they can tell you the best way to go. It gets a bit quiet at night once the heavy traffic on P B Road slows down. We like it that way. It gives us a chance to sit outside and breathe for a bit. It’s just a regular hotel for regular people who need to rest their eyes. We hope you find it comfortable enough for a night or two while you travel.
