Hotel Kalpana Garden

We are located on the Sangli Kolhapur Road in an area called Pawar Mala. Hotel Kalpana Garden is a bit different because we have some open space around us, which is nice compared to being in the cramped city center. We are technically in Govind Nagar, and it’s a spot where many people stop while driving between the two cities. The hotel has been here for a while, and we’ve seen the road get wider and busier over the years. We have a bit of a garden area, though it’s mostly just some trees and grass where people can sit. Our rooms are spread out and we try to keep the place feeling relaxed. It’s a family-run business, so you’ll often see my kids or my cousins helping out with the guests or in the kitchen. We don't have a fancy reception desk, just a counter where we keep the register. The food we serve is just local Sangli style, nothing too complicated. Most of our visitors are families traveling or people coming for weddings in the nearby halls. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the weekend rushes. It’s hard work, and we aren't always perfect, but we do what we can to keep the place going. We don't have a big mission statement; we just want to make sure the rooms are ready and the tea is hot when someone stops by.
