We are set up near the Wathar Highway in Kolhapur. The exact spot is property number 1124 in Wathar Tarf Vadgaon. It’s a convenient place because of the road access. We handle both agricultural work and some infrastructure projects too. It’s a bit of a mix, but that’s how we’ve always done things here. The office is right there where all the trucks pass by. It gets quite noisy sometimes, especially in the afternoons. We have a small crew that works on different sites. One day we might be looking at a field, and the next we’re checking on a small construction patch. We aren't some big firm with fancy suits and ties. Most of the time we are wearing work boots and have some dirt on our clothes from the field. Kolhapur is a busy place for this kind of stuff. We’ve been at this for a little while now. My brother handles some of the site visits while I stay back to manage the paperwork and the phone calls. We just try to get the jobs done without making a big fuss about it. The building itself is very plain. We don't spend much on decorations because we’d rather put that into the equipment we use. It’s just us doing our part in the local economy. If you’re driving down the highway, you’ve probably passed our sign a dozen times. That's fine by us.
