Market Road at the Combara Junction is the spot where you'll find us, right in Ernakulam North. If you are near the Central Police Station, you are basically right there. It’s a busy corner of Ernakulam. Our cafe is a small place where we mostly focus on cutlets and snacks. It’s not a big fancy establishment, just a local spot for a quick bite. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. The road is always full of cars and people rushing to work. We get a lot of people coming in during their tea breaks. It’s a simple setup with a few tables. The kitchen is right there, so you can hear us working. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people walking by and stopping in. It’s a bit cramped when it’s busy, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We start our day early to get the snacks ready for the morning crowd. The police station being nearby means there’s always some activity on the street. It feels safe and lively. We just do our thing and serve what we have. It’s a regular life for us here on Market Road. If you’re looking for a quick snack, you’ll find us at the junction. It's a modest place but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We just keep the stove going.
