Coffee Lounge

If you go down Mosque By Lanee, just off the NH Bypass in Padivattom, you will see us. Being so close to Edappally means there is always a lot of traffic and noise, but once you turn into the lane, it gets a little bit quieter. Coffee Lounge is not one of those huge chains you see in the malls. It is more of a local spot where we spend our time making drinks and talking to the regulars who come in every single day. The building is not new, and the floor has some scuffs, but it feels like home to us. We spend a lot of time cleaning the counters and making sure the machines are working right. Sometimes the bypass gets so backed up that people just park their bikes and walk over to get away from the sun for a few minutes. We do not have a fancy menu with a hundred things on it. We just do what we do. The staff here are mostly local guys who live nearby. We know most of our customers by their first names or at least by what they usually order. It can get a bit cramped during the evening rush when everyone is heading home from work. We do not have a big marketing plan or anything. We just open the doors and start the day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it is around here.
