Our branch here in Bhubaneswar is located at Brit Colony, Lb-7, Stage 4. If you know the area, we are quite close to Jharpara Jail in Laxmisagar. It’s a pretty well-known landmark, so people don’t usually have trouble finding the street. The office itself is part of the Tata Teleservices Ltd. network, but here on the ground, it feels like a local spot. We’ve got a fair amount of space, but it’s filled up quickly with equipment and desks. The Orissa heat can be pretty intense, so the first thing we do in the morning is get the cooling system running. It’s a busy environment. There is always someone coming in or a technician headed out to a job. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s mostly maps of the area and schedules for the week. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood. Laxmisagar has grown a lot since we first set up here. Even though we are part of a larger name, the way we run this specific office is very much about the local team. We take our breaks together and talk about what’s happening in the city. It’s a practical, no-nonsense workplace where we focus on keeping things running for our customers. We aren't about flashy stuff, just getting the work done right and making sure everyone stays connected.
