Our office is located at L-22 in the Baramunda Housing Board Colony in Bhubaneswar. If you know the area, it is a pretty busy spot with lots of families and other small businesses around. We have been working out of this space for a bit, and it suits what we do just fine. It is a typical house-turned-office setup, so it has that lived-in feel which makes the workday go by a little easier. We handle a lot of different solutions for companies, mostly focused on finding people and managing resources. The mornings usually start with someone making a pot of tea and everyone checking their schedules. The walls are a bit plain and we have files stacked up in the corner, but it works for us. Outside, the colony is always moving. You can hear the vegetable sellers and the kids playing sometimes. It is a far cry from those high-rise glass buildings downtown, and honestly, we prefer it this way. It feels more real. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We are not trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or a fancy lobby. We just want to get through the pile of work on our desks and help the people who reach out to us. Bhubaneswar is a growing city, but our little corner in Baramunda stays pretty much the same.
