I run this recruitment firm out of my living space at Quarter No. A/1/3. This is in the Railway Colony right by Master Canteen in Bhubaneswar. P. Tarakeswar Rao is my name and I handle most of the things myself. The pin code here is 751001. Since it is a railway colony, the houses all look pretty similar, but A/1/3 is my spot. I have been here for a long time. It is very convenient being so close to Master Canteen because everything is within walking distance. The office part is just a room I’ve dedicated to my work with a desk and some chairs. I don't have any fancy staff or a big corporate budget. I just help people find jobs and help companies find workers. You can often hear the trains at the station nearby, but you get used to that sound after a few days. It is a very grounded way to work. People drop by sometimes to hand over their resumes or just to talk about what kind of work is available. I keep all my records in folders on the shelves. It is not a high-tech setup, just a computer and a phone. Bhubaneswar 751001 is a busy area but the colony itself is a bit more sheltered. I like running things this way because it keeps the costs down and I can be more personal with everyone who comes through my door at A/1/3.
