You can find us in Bhubaneswar at Quarter Number H-163 in the Old A.G. Colony. This is in Unit-4, which is a fairly established part of the city in Orissa. Our setup is not what you would call a typical corporate headquarters. We are in a residential quarter, which gives the whole place a very down-to-earth feel. We work as Tmi First Pvt. Ltd., but we keep things very informal among ourselves. Most of our work involves managing various projects and handling paperwork that comes with consultancy and recruitment. The A.G. Colony area is green and quiet, which is nice when you have to focus on complicated tasks. We don't have big signs or flashy lights outside. People usually find us because they have our address or were told where to go. We have a few rooms set up with computers and filing cabinets. It gets the job done. We like the pace of life here in BBSR. It isn't as frantic as Bangalore or Hyderabad, and that shows in how we work. We take our time to get things right. We talk to our clients like they are neighbors, because sometimes they are. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. We know the local rhythms, like when the power might go out or when the local markets get crowded. It is just our little workplace where we try to be useful every day.
