We are located over in Sailashree Vihar, right inside the Divyasai Enclave building. If you are heading towards the Infosys area in Bhubaneswar, we are pretty close by. Our office is actually Flat No-303, so it feels more like a home than some stiff corporate environment. We’ve been here for a while, helping people figure out where they want to work next. It can get a bit hectic with the phone ringing and people dropping by with their resumes, but we try to keep a lid on things. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice since the main roads get so loud with traffic during the rush hours. Most of our days are spent looking through files or talking to folks who are looking for a break in their careers. We don’t have a big lobby or fancy receptionists. You just come up to the third floor and knock on the door. It’s a practical setup for us because it keeps things simple and focused on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we share a meal in the small kitchen area during lunch breaks. It’s just a small team of us working here. We know the local area well, and being near the tech hub helps since so many people are looking for roles in that sector. We don’t make a big fuss about what we do; we just show up, open the files, and see who we can help today.
