This part of Bhubaneswar is always busy with traffic, especially near CRP Square. Finding the entrance to the flat can be a bit tricky the first time because it looks like a regular residential building. We have been operating from this spot for a while now. Inside it is just a normal bank setup with the usual counters and desks piled with forms. We spend most of our day dealing with passbooks, deposits, and people asking about their accounts. It gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour when everyone from the nearby offices rushes in. The air conditioning works most days but sometimes the humidity in Odisha wins. We aren't a massive corporate headquarters, just a local branch where we know many of our regular customers by name. The staff here has been together for a bit and we just try to keep the lines moving. It is a lot of paperwork and stamps, which is just how banking goes. If you need to drop off a check or talk about a loan, we are here in the back of the palace building.
