Cpedjobs is based out of Bhubaneswar in Orissa, specifically in the 751010 zip code area. We do not have one of those big glass buildings you see in the center of the city. Instead, we work from a more modest space that suits our daily needs. The team here spends most of the day looking through job listings and helping people connect with different employers. It is a lot of sitting and typing, to be honest. Bhubaneswar is growing really fast, but our little corner of it stays pretty much the same year after year. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the week. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we always manage to stay on top of the pile. We do not have a fancy mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just want to help people find work so they can pay their bills and take care of their families. Our office has a few simple desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of power strips for all the computers. It is a bit cluttered, but we know exactly where everything is. The weather in Orissa can be extremely hot, so our AC unit is usually running at full blast. We are just a local bunch of workers trying to do something useful. We do not claim to be the biggest. We just show up and do the work.
