You can find Orimark Jobs over at 4/A Kharvel Nagar, right in Unit-3 of Bhubaneswar. We’ve been working out of this office for some time now. It’s a central enough spot, which makes it easy for people to find us when they need to drop by. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and our computers. We spend most of the day talking to people and looking at papers. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or free snacks. We just focus on what’s in front of us. Some of us have been here since the start, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Odisha. We just want to do our bit and keep things running smoothly. The traffic around Kharvel Nagar can be a bit much during lunch hours, so we usually just stay in and eat. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have big meetings about vision or anything like that. We just check what needs to be done for the day and we do it. If a lightbulb goes out, one of us fixes it. That’s just how it is. It’s a local business vibe, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and work through the files we have. It’s a simple living and simple working style for us in Unit-3.
