You can find us at Unit 4 in Aditya Plaza, over in the Bhouma Nagar area of Bhubaneshwar. It’s a decent-sized space, tucked into the building there. We’ve been serving food to the local crowd for a while now. Most people come in for the Chinese-style dishes we make. It’s the kind of food people around here grew up eating. We don’t try to make it look like some high-end place. It’s just a restaurant where you can sit down and eat without any fuss. The kitchen can get pretty loud with the woks going, but that’s part of the atmosphere. We have some regulars who come in every single week for the same thing. The plaza can get a bit busy on the weekends, so parking is sometimes a bit of a headache. We try to keep the place clean and the water cold. It’s not a very big team working here, just a few of us in the back and a couple of people out front. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and getting the sauces right before the doors open at noon. Sometimes we get a bit overwhelmed when a big group shows up without calling, but we manage. It’s just a simple business in a busy part of town. We like seeing the same faces coming back. It’s not perfect, but we put in the effort every day. We just want to serve a hot plate of food to anyone who stops by.
