Chandni is our spot located within the Swosti Group premises at P1, Jaydev Vihar in Bhubaneshwar. We are right near Hotel Swosti Premium, so if you find that, you’ve basically found us. The area code is 751013. Jaydev Vihar is a central part of the city, and it’s grown a lot recently. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a steady one where people can get a meal. Being part of the group means we have some support, but we still try to keep our own rhythm here. The staff has been around for a while and they know the regulars who come in from the nearby offices. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. It’s just about serving food in a clean space. The atmosphere is usually quite calm compared to the busy streets outside. Sometimes we have groups coming in for a small celebration, and other times it’s just someone eating by themselves while they wait for a meeting. We focus on the daily tasks, like making sure the supplies are fresh and the tables are set right. It's a practical setup for the neighborhood. We don't do anything too over the top. We just try to keep things consistent so that when people come back, they know what to expect from us. That's really all there is to it. The kitchen keeps us on our toes and we just take it one day at a time.
