Anna South Indian Restaurant

You can find us over at Crp Square in Bhubaneswar. We are situated right in front of the ID Market. It is a good location because people are always walking by to go shopping. We decided to set up here because we like the energy of the market area. We serve South Indian food, which is what we know how to make. It is mostly us and a few helpers keeping the place going. The kitchen gets quite warm during the day, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time prepping the batter and getting the sambar ready. There is always a lot of chopping and stirring to do. We keep the dining area plain. We have some tables and chairs, and that is about it. People come in, eat their fill, and then head back to their day. We like seeing the same faces every week. It makes the long hours feel worth it. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit slow, but usually, it is steady. We do not have any corporate office or anything like that. Everything happens right here in front of the market. We just try to keep the place tidy and the food hot for whoever walks through the door. It is a basic setup, but it works for us and our customers. We stay busy with the dishes and the pans.
