Diners Resturants

Diners Resturants is located over in Baramunda Colony. We are at number 325, right near the overbridge. If you are in Bhubaneshwar, you probably know the area can get quite congested with traffic. We opened this place up because there weren't many simple spots to eat around here. It’s a basic building and we haven't done much to change it over the years. The paint might be a little faded in corners, but we keep the kitchen busy. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in the colony. We serve the kind of food we eat at home. There are no fancy garnishes or expensive plates. We just use what works. The staff here are just regular people from the city. We don't wear uniforms, just clean clothes. Sometimes we have to shout a bit over the noise from the overbridge, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the most popular place in town. We just want to stay open and keep serving the people who come in. It’s a lot of work to keep a restaurant going, but we manage. We don't have any big corporate plans. It's just a local business for local people. Most days we are just tired but happy to see the tables full.
