C V Raman College Of Engineering

Our spot is at N1/98 in Bidya Nagar, specifically in the Mahura area. We are part of the IRC Village near Janla. It is a bit of a distance from the main hub of the city, which makes the morning commute a little more peaceful than most. The college campus is spread out, and our office is right in the thick of it. You will see students walking by the windows all day, usually heading to their next lecture or looking for a place to sit in the shade. The building has that typical institutional feel with concrete hallways and heavy wooden doors. Inside, it is mostly just us trying to keep the administrative side of the engineering college running. We have stacks of papers on nearly every flat surface. There is a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we have stopped noticing it after all these years. The Mahura area has grown a lot lately, but it still feels like the edge of town in some ways. We get a lot of local visitors and parents coming in with questions about the courses. We do not have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. Just some plastic chairs in the hallway. It is a busy place, especially during exam season when the energy shifts and everyone seems to be in a hurry. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done each day.
