Shilpa Kala Granites

Shilpa Kala Granites is located at Sr.No. 113/A/2 in Kondapuram Village, which is part of Khammam Rural. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space we have. There is always a lot of work to do with the raw stone. We get the blocks in and then the real work starts. Cutting granite isn't easy, and it takes time to get it right. We don't rush things because mistakes are expensive. In Kondapuram Village, people know us as the ones who are always busy with the saws. We keep our yard at Sr.No. 113/A/2 organized as much as we can, though with all the stone it’s hard. Sometimes we have to move ten slabs just to get to the one someone wants. It keeps us in shape, I guess. We are just a local operation. We don't have a website or anything like that. If someone wants to see our granite, they just drive down to Khammam Rural and talk to us. We’ve been doing this for several years now. It’s a lot of grit and water and noise. Shilpa Kala Granites is just our way of supporting our families. We take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job with every slab. The machines are old but they still do the work well enough for us.
