Harinadh Babu Granites

We operate out of Plot No. 3-18 in Venkatagiri Village, which is part of Thallada Mandal. Being in a village means things move a bit slower than in the city, which we like. Our work is all about granite. We get the big blocks and slabs and keep them here until someone needs them. It’s a lot of outdoor work. The ground is usually covered in stone chips and dust. We wear heavy boots because the granite is hard on your feet. Harinadh started this and we just keep the daily routine going. We talk to the local farmers and builders who need stone for their projects. It’s a simple setup. We have a small shed where we keep the tools and the logs. During the summer, the heat in Thallada can be really tough, so we take long breaks in the middle of the day. The village is quiet, except for when the trucks are idling. We know everyone around here, and they know where to find us. We don't use computers much; most of our notes are written in a paper ledger. It’s just how we do things. If you are coming through Venkatagiri, just ask anyone for the granite yard and they will point you to our plot. It is just a regular local business run by regular people who know their stone.
