Vikranth Exports

Vikranth Exports is located at 17/1, Anna Nagar, 1St Cross. It’s a pretty typical street in this part of town. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where everything happens for us. We deal with exports, so there is always a lot of paperwork to fill out and boxes to tape up. The 1St Cross area can be a bit narrow, so when we have goods arriving, it takes some effort to get everything inside without blocking the whole road. We’ve had a few complaints about that over the years, but we try our best to be quick. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting at our desks or checking on the inventory in the back room. There’s a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we don't really notice it anymore. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. It’s usually just whoever is closest to the desk that picks up. Anna Nagar is a good place to be, even if it gets crowded. We know the other shop owners nearby, and we occasionally help each other out. Our day is basically just managing the flow of goods and making sure our records are somewhat accurate. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and the business is steady enough. We just take it one day at a time.
