Om Sakthi Matriculation School

Om Sakthi is located out in A Nadupatti in Karur. We are specifically on the Police Check Post Road, so there are always vehicles passing by the front gate. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes the noise of the trucks makes it hard to hear in the front offices. The school is a matriculation school, so we have a wide range of ages here. The building itself is a solid structure with several floors and a lot of stairs to climb. In the morning, the road outside gets crowded with buses and parents on scooters. We try to keep the kids organized as they come in. Inside, the classrooms are filled with the usual wooden benches and desks. We have a small courtyard where we do the morning assembly, and it gets quite bright out there. The teachers are mostly local folks from around Karur who know the families well. It’s not a fancy institution; it’s just a place for learning. You’ll see students carrying their heavy bags and lunch boxes every day. We spend a lot of time making sure everyone stays on track with their lessons. The walls have some charts and drawings made by the students pinned up. It’s a bit worn down in places, but it’s a place where a lot of activity happens six days a week. We’ve been part of this Nadupatti community for quite some time now.
